BKA Advocates (“we”) respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact and consultation form: your name, organisation (optional), email address, phone number, area of law, preferred appointment time and your message. These details are emailed to our staff and are not stored on the website.
- Technical data: basic server logs and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to block spam.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. Submitting the form does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship. Please do not send confidential documents through the website. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Contact us at info@bkaadvocates.com or +256 414 4233 366, or visit our office at Kisozi Complex, Kampala.
